, which offers a six burner gas hob with 9 function 61 litre main oven and 31 litre 5 function second oven with rotisserie. Triple glazed doors provide quiet and energy efficient performance (all Ethos ovens are A-rated), and remarkably even cooking. A full width glide-out storage drawer give you plenty of space for trays and trivets. The control panel is formed from the same sheet of thick stainless steel as the hotplate, leaving no troublesome and messy seams, and is home to the rather satisfyingly solid and chunky control knobs, which invite the hand and respond with a smooth action reminiscent of good quality hi-fi equipment. On the hotplate sit three nicely shaped cast iron pan supports, with six gas burners which include a high-power wok burner and a long burner useful for larger pans or the occasional fish kettle.Ethos 120
